JAKARTA

Early : Sunday, 20 December 2026 (IDR 50k off on early registration fee)

• Publication of Confirmed Schedule & Performance Order: Saturday, 23 January 2027

• Age Eligibility (Age Cut-off): Age will be determined as of Saturday, 30 January 2027

• The entry fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

• Participants may enter more than one category.

• Participants must perform all pieces from memory.

• Registration is required to participate in the competition. The application form is available on our website: www.iymo.org under the Application Form section.

You will receive a confirmation message via WhatsApp as proof of registration. If you do not receive it, please contact the committee immediately.

• Please ensure all information is completed accurately and attach the following documents to your application:

– Proof of age (birth certificate or passport)

– Proof of payment

(participants must include the participant’s name, category, and city in the transfer note e.g. Audrey Bella - Junior A - Surabaya to help the committee verify the payment)

– Repertoire list in PDF format

(Note: The repertoire listed in the registration form must match the performance repertoire. Any changes or revisions must be reported to the committee no later than three days after the publication of the confirmed schedule and performance order.)

• The jury’s decision is final and not subject to appeal. No interference or discussion with the committee will be permitted during the event.

• Jury members are not allowed to evaluate their own students. Scores will therefore be calculated based on the average of the remaining jury votes.

• The committee reserves the right to merge or divide categories depending on the number of participants in each.

• By submitting the registration form, participants acknowledge and agree to abide by all General Rules of the competition.
