Live Performance » Venue Rules & Regulations
• Participants are required to arrive at the venue at least 30 minutes before their scheduled performance time to re-register their attendance.
• Each participant will receive an order number for performance. If a participant is called three times and fails to appear on stage, they will be considered to have withdrawn from the competition.
• To maintain the concentration of both performers and jury members, please ensure silence inside the competition room. Avoid talking, walking, or moving around during performances.
• All mobile phones and electronic devices must be set to silent mode, and phone calls are not permitted during the competition.
• For the comfort of all and in accordance with health and safety protocols, each participant may be accompanied by one companion and one teacher only.
• Photography and video recording (other than by the committee) are permitted only from the audience seats.
• During performances, the doors will remain closed and will only be opened during breaks between performances. Please do not open the doors while a performance is in progress.
• All pieces must be performed from memory. Performers should observe “Da Capo” and “Dal Segno” markings, while all other repeats (including first endings) should be omitted, unless specifically required by the repertoire.
• The announcement of results and prize distribution will be organized by the committee at the end of each category.
• These venue rules and guidelines serve as a substitute for a technical meeting, in line with standard live competition procedures, and are considered agreed upon by all participants upon entry into the competition.
