• Participants will be evaluated solely based on their submitted video recordings.

• Participants may enter more than one category.

• Participants must perform all pieces from memory.

• Registration is required to participate in the competition. The application form can be accessed on our website at www.iymo.org under the “Application Form” section. A confirmation message will be sent via WhatsApp as proof of registration. If you do not receive this message, please contact the committee immediately.

• Please note that changes or revisions to the repertoire and video link will not be accepted after registration has been submitted. The repertoire listed in the registration form must match the submitted video. Late registrations—up to three (3) days after the submission deadline—will be subject to an administrative fee of IDR 100k / USD 10.

• The entry fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

• The registration fee includes a medal.
Free shipping is provided for participants within the Java–Bali area (Indonesia). For participants outside Java–Bali, a shipping fee of IDR 50k per participant will apply.

• For international participants, please refer to the shipping options listed in the application form.

• The jury’s decision is final and not subject to appeal. No interference or discussion with the committee will be permitted during the event.

• Jury members are not allowed to evaluate their own students. Scores will therefore be calculated based on the average of the remaining jury votes.

• The committee reserves the right to merge or divide categories depending on the number of participants in each.

• By submitting the registration form, participants acknowledge and agree to abide by all General Rules of the competition.
